FREE Quit Smoking Program!

True Health will be hosting a FREE Quit Smoking Program sponsored by Central Florida Area Health Education Center (AHEC) and the Florida Department of Health.  The program is 2 hours in length and is called Tools to Quit.  They offer FREE nicotine replacement gum, patches and lozenges, as well as FREE community/clinic group classes.

There are still more opportunities to participate!

May 18th from 10am-noon at our Hoffner location
