  • Have you had a positive COVID-19 diagnosis within the last 10 days?
  • Have you had mild to moderate symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 10-days?
  • Fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headaches, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny  nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea?
  • Do you meet one of the criteria listed in the eligibility section?

  • Patients will remain in our office for approximately 2 ½ hours, which includes 1 hour of monitoring for any potential allergic reactions or side effects.
  • The True Health Infusion Center follows strict infection prevention protocols so you can expect a clean environment for the duration of your stay.
  • The treatment area is equipped with a television to help pass the time and patient blankets for those who may feel cold during the infusion.
  • During your stay, you will receive a discharge bag that includes information on what to expect after the infusion and a pulse oximeter, which you will be trained on how to use and how often to use it.  This will help assist in monitoring your oxygen levels at home after the infusion.
  • The True Health Infusion staff will also follow up with you 24-hours and 48-hours after your infusion to see how you are feeling and answer any questions you may have.
  • The Infusion Center staff will also recommend a 1-week follow-up appointment with your primary care provider.  If your primary care provider is from True Health or if you do not have a primary care provider, the Infusion Center staff will create a telehealth visit for you.

There is no out-of-pocket cost for you to receive the monoclonal antibody infusion treatment.

The True Health Infusion Center opened on April 19, 2021 in collaboration with the Seminole County Division of Emergency Management and the Seminole County Health Department.  True Health has been treating COVID-19 positive patients since opening, with a majority of patients reporting an improvement in symptoms as soon as 24-hours hours after receiving their infusion.  When you choose to receive your Monoclonal Antibody Treatment at True Health, you can expect to receive your infusion in a comfortable environment focused on your health, well-being, and safety.

Uninsured patients pay a sliding fee scale based on their income and the size of their family. It is recommended that you come in 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to determine eligibility with one of our Patient Service Representatives.

We have Spanish-speaking interpreters on-site, but can provide other languages via translation services.

While we encourage patients to make appointments, you may have a longer wait time if you prefer to walk-in.  Although we will evaluate your condition if you walk-in without an appointment, you may have a longer wait time since patients with appointments will be seen first.

A copayment will be collected at the time of your office visit. The payment amount is according to your health insurance plan. Some plans are subject to an annual deductible. Please contact your insurance carrier for questions or concerns specific to any out of pocket expenses. For patients utilizing our sliding fee scale, payment is based on household income and family size.
