True Health Celebrates National Health Center Week in Style

It’s that time again! Our National Health Center Week celebration is right around the corner and we would love to see you there! We are marking this event with five days of fun, food, and giveaways as a way to say thank you to our patients. This annual event brings light to our health center while providing the community with information about the services we offer. Between our seven locations, we provide a wide range of services onsite – adult care, pediatrics, eligibility, labs, dental (pediatric & adult), pharmacy, OB/GYN, podiatry, and x-rays. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most other insurance plans. For those who do not have health insurance, we maintain a sliding scale payment plan according to income so no one is denied the care and support they need.

Patients, friends, family, community members, and people just driving by can come celebrate between August 10th – 14th at our:

  • Sanford location on Monday from 11:00am-3:00pm
  • Lake Underhill location on Tuesday from 11:00am-3:00pm
  • Hoffner location on Wednesday from 11:00am-3:00pm
  • South Side location on Thursday from 11:00am-3:00pm
  • Alafaya location on Friday from 10:00am-12:00pm

Food and snacks will be provided by Uno Pizzeria and Grill at each location. Bonus! If you submit a testimony about how True Health has impacted your life, you will receive a $10 gift card to Unos.
