TRUE HEALTH EXPRESS COMING SOON
Providing high quality, comprehensive healthcare at a reasonable cost to everyone.
[Casselberry, FL] Central Florida residents will soon benefit from a new walk–in health center, True Health Express. True Health Express will open on December 1st located at 1120 State Road 436, Suite 1200, Casselberry, FL. The healthcare professionals at True Health Express provide treatment of minor or acute illnesses, injuries, diagnostic screenings, as well as sports and school physicals all without an appointment. True Health Express offers the convenience of a lab and medication dispensary on site. True Health accepts most major health insurances, including Medicaid and Medicare. What makes this walk-in center different is that patients without insurance benefit from reduced fees based on their family size and income. This makes healthcare more affordable and accessible to everyone.
“True Health is very excited to bring this express walk-in center to the Seminole County residents,” said Latrice Stewart, the Chief Executive Officer of True Health. “It is our goal to bring this unique walk-in center to patients who could not otherwise afford these services from a traditional walk-in clinic. Our mission is to provide high quality, comprehensive healthcare at a reasonable cost to everyone.”
“The Florida Department of Health in Seminole County (DOH-Seminole) supports True Health’s decision to implement an express walk-in clinic in Casselberry,” said Dr. Swannie Jett, Health Officer for DOH-Seminole. “True Health Express will extend services to impoverished communities in Seminole County.”
True Health, a private, non-profit 501 (c)(3) community health center, has been serving low-income, uninsured, underinsured, and underserved populations in Central Florida since 1977. This organization operates eight service delivery locations within Orange and Seminole Counties, which includes five neighborhood health centers, two school-based health centers, and one express walk-in center. They provide services in areas throughout Central Florida, which are Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) designated as medically underserved populations and health professional shortage areas. True Health is recognized as a patient-centered medical home with full accreditation by Accreditation Association of Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. (AAAHC).
