 Official Rules for Drawing of Chance: This is not a lottery; it is a drawing of chance. The drawing has a suggested a minimum donation of $25 per ticket.  Drawing will take place on 9/25/23 at 12:30 PM and the winner will be contacted by telephone. Drawing is open to the general public with no restrictions other than age; must be at least 18 years old to win.  By participating in this drawing of chance, participants are bound by the official rules and for the use of their name and picture in any publicity related to the drawing. True Health is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization. No purchase or contribution is necessary.  To enter raffle without purchase or contribution please contact raffle@mytruehealth.org for manual entry.  A copy of the official registration and financial information may be obtained from the division of consumer services by calling TOLL-FREE within the state. Registration does not imply endorsement, approval, or recommendation by the state.
