True Health’s Weight Loss program is designed to help individuals lose weight and maintain weight loss without surgery.
Our trained medical providers will guide you with treatment, support, and encouragement to hit your weight loss goals and assist you to help keep it off.
To begin the program, you will meet with our provider for an initial consultation (up to a 30-minute visit) followed by weekly appointments (up to 15-minute visits). The program includes:
- A focused medical exam, including lab work
- Weekly treatments for eligible patients
- A weight management focused health and body analysis
- A guided nutrition and physical activity review
- Repeat lab work as determined by the provider
